Jessica, named after her rescuer in Puerto Rico, is a 2 to 3 year old spayed female weighing about 12 to 15 pounds. This sweet little black pup is full of happiness and absolutely loves attention. She would love nothing more than a forever home far away from the shelter where she has found herself.

Jessica is used to kindness and a better life, and she truly appreciates every bit of love she receives. She is ready to give that love right back to her forever family.
